FC Accessories prides itself in delivering products in their original condition. If, for any reason you don’t think that you just bought the coolest and unique piece ever from us, we are happy to exchange the item with one identical to it or you may choose a similar item of the same value or a higher value by paying for the difference, as long as it is within 7 days of the purchase.
The exception applies to custom design orders. Since we made the product specific to your design, those sales are final.
Return conditions
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, unused, in the same condition in which it was purchased and in the original brand packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, including damage to the product due to:
– Liquid spills
– Drops
– Intentional damages - Items bought at any of FC Accessories sales outlets. It is assumed that you have carefully inspected the item before purchase.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and accepted (usually within 3-5 working days) a refund would be issued within 4-7 working days. Please note that depending on the payment method it may take up to 14 days for a refund to reach you.
